  • • Rural delivery: $359 free delivery offer does not apply. It will incur an additional standard rural shipping fee.

Delivery Policy

• • • All backorders will be dispatched as quickly as possible after restocking, unless special request. Dispatch Notification: You will receive a tracking number, before or when the items dispatching.
  • • Delivery Method and Labelling: Your selections will be delivered to your door via Courier.
  • • Please note that the couriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • • Pickup in-store: You will be notified by message, phone, or Email when your order is available for collection. . All backorders can be picked up after restocking.
  • Any claim for damaged goods must be notified in writing to Galaxy Lighting Ltd within 7 days of the good’s delivery. Claims will not be recognized after this period. Please keep the original package of goods if any claims of damage.

Warranty Policy

• • • All the lights have 24 months warranty, clearance items have 12 months warranty, and LED downlights have 3 years warranty. Led bulbs have 6 months warranty (filament, halogen, and incandescent bulbs excluded)
  • • All the lights are complied with NZ standards and will provide SDoC on request.
  • • We recommend all electrical work must be performed by a licensed electrician.
  • Please note that the finishes and colors of many of the products you see online may differ in person since every person’s computer monitor differs from others. This is not considered a defective item
