Returns and Exchange Policy
● Goods MUST be returned in original condition and original package within 14 days for any return or refund （return freight at customer’s cost）
● Any returns after the 14 days period will incur a 20% restocking fee.
● Any items are not refundable and exchangeable after 90 days from the date of purchase.
● Proof of purchase is needed as well.
● It will incur additional charges of 3% of the item’s value if not picked up over 30 days after the date of purchase.
● Clearance and special custom-made items are NOT refundable and exchangeable.
● Please note: Products that have been installed cannot be exchanged and returned for a ‘change of mind refund.
